Online Learning through the Infinity Foundation
Register HERE!

Spring is the season of rebirth, for us and the earth! Robin Rose will share herbal recipes for strengthening the immune system, stamina-building herbal syrups, uplifting teas, simple tinctures, and delicious oxymels where herbs, vinegar, and honey are combined in zesty recipes that can be used as herbal medicine and as healing additions to your meals.

We’ll discuss the benefits of eating wild greens such as dandelions, garlic mustard, nettles, plantain, and more, as well as tips for identifying and harvesting the herbs, too.

We’ll explore a variety of ways to use herbal tonics to boost energy, increase vitality and stamina, decrease allergies, and sharpen mental clarity.

If you’d like to join in making an oxymel together in real time, you are invited to have the following items on hand: a clean, pint-sized glass jar with a good-fitting, plastic lid, (or wax paper to line a metal lid), a medium-sized head of fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar and honey, and a cutting board and sharp knife.

You will learn a variety of fun and tasty ways to use common, local herbs as spring tonics to help you meet the rising energy of spring with your own energy refreshed and reinvigorated.
