I haven’t been blogging for a long time and I miss communicating with people via the blog, miss sharing thoughts and feelings and stories about plants and trees, or offering counsel and questions about what I see and feel happening on the earth around me. However, I have been focused and spending most of my writing time completing my new herbal healing book, Green Treasures – Herbal Medicines from Mother Earth. It’s subtitled: How to live a vibrantly healthy life with the help of Healing Plants.,, writing_in_Rincon_2My new book is almost complete! What a labor it’s been and still is! And, magic is happening! I am being fully supported by the universe, acting through the people around me. Four months ago I was gifted with a writing studio that’s not only available to me 6 days and 7 nights a week. I get to walk to it, through our woods, and this means the world to me. The studio is a felting studio over my friend’s garage. It is perfect and I am so grateful. Nothing fancy. Yet filled with creative spark and spirit! So, I’m taking a deep breath and diving in for completion. I love writing. (In this photo taken in January, I’m writing on our balcony, overlooking the Caribbean Sea in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Now that’s bliss.)   Preview Excerpts of Green Treasures can be read in my free monthly newsletter along with herbal recipes, schedule updates, ritual suggestions, and surprises.  Click here to subscribe.   Excerpts from Green Treasures can also be found in the wonderful online resource, Plant Healer Magazine.
