Herbs to Deepen Spiritual Awareness & Intuitive Wisdom

Mugwort

Common plants can help you develop your inner guidance and awaken your intuitive wisdom, as well as cultivate trust in the voice of your own wise guide within. We’ll explore ways to use herbs such as sage, ginkgo biloba, lavender, cronewort/mugwort, cinquefoil, lobelia, roses, copal, and more—as teas, tinctures, infusions, anointing oils, ointments, smudge herbs, and baths. Herbs can raise and deepen your consciousness and aid meditation by easing restlessness of mind and body, opening your third eye, helping you remember and even guide your dreams, recall past lives, take potent trance journeys, and evoke healing visions. Herbs that can help create safe and sacred space will also be shared. This class will be fun, experiential, and include a consciousness-deepening tea and guided meditation. You’ll also make your own wild-harvested Artemisia smudge stick.

Note: There will be a $3 materials fee, payable to the instructor.
