NATIVE AND WILD MEDICINAL PLANT GARDEN - Sunday, September 15th - 11:30am to 3:00pm
Come volunteer at the Native and Wild Medicinal Plant Garden. Our Garden and Learn days offer hands-on learning opportunities while you give back to the healing plants and join in community every third Sunday of each month April through October.
This plot is home to an abundant number of medicinal herbs and native plants and is located at the intersection of Clinton Road and Warwick Turnpike in Hewitt, NJ 07421.
Garden and Learn days are spent learning about the plants as you work the soil and contribute to keeping the garden and its inhabitants healthy. No gardening experience is necessary, and we have tools to share!
Join us for all or part of the day! We hope to see you in the garden!
(For any Master Gardeners out there, this is a registered Project Site in Passaic County, so please join us and you can add hours worked to your annual requirement for volunteer hours.)
