Herbalist Robin Rose Bennett

Herbs are at peace in themselves. They know who they are. They know their purpose. When we ingest, imbibe or inhale them with love and gratitude, they help us attune to our own uniqueness, help us find mental clarity, and connect to our center, our core. We'll discuss the meditative gifts offered to us by Pine and Ginkgo biloba trees, Artemisia flowers, Skullcap, St John's wort, Dandelion, Holy basil, Rosemary, Cannabis, Avena/Oatstraw, and Roses and we will explore creative ways to receive their gifts through visiting them in their natural habitats, taking baths, drinking teas.

The course runs from October 23 - December 7, 2017.

I will be a guest speaker on November 2, 2017 at 7 p.m.

The course will need to be purchased in order to hear my talk. More info below!

A friend and colleague of mine, Dr. Charis Lindrooth, asked me to let you know about an opportunity to improve your brain power. She has spent the last several years studying the brain, gut and natural ways to help people improve cognition and memory. I have known Dr. Charis for a long time. She has a real talent for explaining complicated physiology in a way that makes sense. She helps people identify problem areas and offers suggestions for how to address them with proactive measures. She has designed a 6-week course to help you create your own program of natural care to keep your brain healthy. To see a brief sample of her teaching style go here

Each week a special guest speaker will be featured, sharing a unique perspective on how we can support our nervous system naturally. Joining the guest list is David Winston, Tammi Sweet, Kerry Smith, Kathleen Maier, and Robin Rose Bennett (that would be me!)

Check out the full course description here and use the coupon code ROBINROSE to receive $20 off. The course begins Monday October 23 and wraps up Thursday December 7 (no class Thanksgiving week).
