Learn to use herbs such as sage, oat straw, lavender, basil, St John's wort and more to help address pain, nerve damage, inflammation, anxiety, depression, headaches, and more. Caring for ourselves with loving kindness is a radical act, and awakening to our kinship with all life strengthens our health, stabilizes our nervous systems, and helps us bring healing to our world in this time of deep transformation.
