It’s said we are what we eat. More importantly, however, we are what we can assimilate. In the first session of this 2-evening program, we will focus on how to help our entire digestive system (esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, appendix, intestines, and colon) optimally assimilate food and eliminate waste. Discover how slippery elm, chamomile, basil, ginger, angelica, dandelion, and other herbs can help address mouth infections, irritable bowel, cramps, indigestion, stomach acidity, constipation, diarrhea, and hemorrhoids.
During the second evening, we will learn that how the mysterious nervous system may hold the ultimate key to our health. Neurons exist virtually everywhere in our bodies. and are the messengers coordinating the working relationships throughout all our systems. We’ll explore how to use herbs such as sage, oatstraw, lavender, basil, St. John’s wort, nettles, mullein, and Solomon’s seal to help address pain, nerve damage, inflammation, anxiety, MS, depression, neuropathy, headaches, and strokes.
