Wild Medicinal Plant Walk and Elegant Picnic Supper
at Genesis Farm in Blairstown, NJ.
2-6 PM, $65
Join herbalist Robin Rose and chef Andre de Waal of
Andre’s Restaurant
for a special, delectable afternoon.
We will identify, touch, smell, and taste medicinal and edible weeds that we
find on our walk.
Supper will feature the local, organic, sustainable food that Andre is famous
for serving so elegantly, along with wild foods
that we harvest together!
Recipes will be shared and a wild herb tea will be featured, too.

And was it delicious! Andre's menu coupled with
wild food and wild grape tea was fantastic! We'll do this event
