Use a separate form for each person and course.  Put the course # on your check.  Make your check payable to the West Milford Community School.
Mail to 67 Highlander Drive, West Milford, NJ   07480   NOTE: NO RECEIPT WILL BE MAILED.  No confirmation will be given.  Be sure that we have  accurate phone numbers so you can be reached in case of cancellation.   PLEASE ISSUE A SEPARATE CHECK AND REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH COURSE AND FOR EACH PERSON OR THEY WILL BE RETURNED.  There is a late fee of  $5 per course if registering later than 7 days prior to the start of class.
